One Nigbor was killed while driving a trailer unit owned by the brothers Hanz, copartners, leased to Marmet Corporation, while Nigbor was on the way to pick up a load of material for Marmet Corporation. The partners, hereinafter referred to as Hanz, paid death benefits to Nigbors widow as though required to do so under the Workmens Compensation Act, but reserved the question of whether the employer-employe relationship was that between Nigbor and Hanz or Nigbor and Marmet Corporation, hereinafter referred to as Marmet.
